Job Description

As Engineering Application Administrator (m/f/d) you are working in the field of IT application service. Mainly you are responsible for maintaining system infrastructure and providing service for applications and process digitalization.

• Install, update and administrate PLM and ALM-Systems (e.g. Atlassian Confluence/ Jira/ BitBucket/ ReqMan/ SIEMENS Teamcenter)
• Maintain and develop the internal Atlassian tool environment
• Provide support and system maintenance for our internal requirements engineering application ReqMan and import customer specifications
• Develop and deploy SIEMENS Teamcenter customizations and ITK programming
• Support our internal users for other local, regional and global Engineering IT systems and maintenance of user accounts in various systems
• Install and maintain global DENSO systems
• Preparation and roll-out of Engineering IT application upgrades
• Monitor Engineering IT applications and system performance, implementing improvements as well as software and hardware evaluation and testing
• Lead small site-specific projects
• Identify and evaluate future trends in the field of Engineering IT and generate ideas to make use of it

Qualifications

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or in a similar discipline
• Experience to administrate, manage and customize PLM systems, ideally SIEMENS Teamcenter
• Experience to administrate, manage and customize Atlassian products like Jira, Confluence, BitBucket.
• Ideally experience with ReqMan by em AG
• Preferred is a combination of technical knowledge about system management and configuration including the underlying databases
• Experience with programming languages (ideally ITK programming) is an advantage
• Very good level of English and good level of German (written and spoken)
