Global CRM Product Owner (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You are the IT counterpart of the CRM product manager to transfer functional requirements to the future CRM software solution
• Translating the product manager´s features into actionable product backlog items and technical coordination with the development teams
• Management, controlling and governance of the implementation partner
• Management, refinement and prioritization of the backlog, taking into account the project objectives and design principles
• Continous improvement of CRM funcionalities

Your qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable degree program or comparable qualifications
• Several years of professional experience in a similiar position
• Very good knowledge of agile methods and project management
• High customer and service orientation as well as enthusiasm for digitalization, new technologies and process design
• Experience in the management and coordination of implemenation partners
• Very good knowledge of CRM and BI solutions
• Very good written and spoken Germnan and English skills
