Deine Aufgaben

• Identifizieren betrieblicher Probleme im Bereich Infrastruktur (insb. Virtualisierung, Server & Cloud)
• Mitarbeit im technischen Support und Fehlerbehebung für die eingesetzten Unternehmenslösungen
• Beheben von Problemen mit Konnektivität, Datentransfer und Datenintegrität
• Abstimmung mit externem Service Provider

Deine Qualifikation

• Hochschulabschluss in Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation mit Fokus Linux-Serverbetrieb sowie der Verwendung von Cloud Services
• Hands-On Erfahrung in der Linux Administration (idealerweise RHEL, Ubuntu)
• Erste Erfahrung in der Virtualisierung (z.B. VMWare, Cloud-VM, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Know-how von Cloud Services (IaaS, PaaS)
• Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Security & PCI-DSS sind gern gesehen
• Der Umgang mit ITSM- & Dokumentations-Tools ist geläufig (ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence)
• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, analytisches Denken sowie Teamfähigkeit verbunden mit Überzeugungskraft sowie hoher Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit sowie hohes Engagement und Organisationstalent
• Sehr gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift
