Deine Aufgaben

• Identifizieren betrieblicher Probleme im Bereich Netzwerk und Firewall (On-Premise & Cloud)
• Mitarbeit im technischen Support und Fehlerbehebung für die eingesetzten Unternehmenslösungen (insb. Layer 2 & 3)
• Beheben von Problemen mit Konnektivität, Datentransfer und Datenintegrität
• Abstimmung mit externem Service Provider

Deine Qualifikation

• Hochschulabschluss in Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Fokus auf IT-Netzwerk und Security
• Hands-On-Erfahrung bei der Konzeption & Betrieb sowie Implementierung von Netzwerksicherheits- und Segmentierungslösungen nach gängigen Standards
• Know-how von Security-Komponenten (z.B. Cloud/F5 WAF, CheckPoint, Cisco, Arista, UniFi, Fortinet)
• Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Security & PCI-DSS / ISO2700x sind gern gesehen
• Der Umgang mit ITSM- & Dokumentations-Tools ist geläufig (ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence)
• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, analytisches Denken sowie Teamfähigkeit verbunden mit Überzeugungskraft sowie hoher Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit sowie hohes Engagement und Organisationstalent
• Sehr gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift
