What will you do?

We are looking for a Technical Architect to join our team in Frankfurt, Germany! You get to join a Global ServiceNow Elite Partner (and major contender in the ServiceNow ecosystem) that is 100% dedicated to delivering world-class digital business capabilities for our customers. Ensuring they get the most value from the ServiceNow platform. Our broad services portfolio is exclusively built around ServiceNow, making us the one-stop-shop for all ServiceNow related advisory services, implementations, custom app developments and application maintenance & support.

Our Technical Architects play a key role in achieving success because they help customers in designing the best flow experiences on the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you create, safeguard, and propagate new solutions and best practices. You also take part in the presales process, building solid relationships with customers. Within our organization, you will act as the go-to person for questions about the ServiceNow platform because you know the platform inside out, as well as the applications we deliver.

Whilst safeguarding the delivered quality, you constantly raise the bar. In projects, you lead the team in implementing complex solutions and provide all the necessary technical advice. In answering these complex questions, you provide them with both solicited and unsolicited advice. Furthermore, you have a clear view on the future of ServiceNow and the impact this will have on our customers and own ServiceNow practice. Because this position requires you to maintain strong relations with contacts at ServiceNow, customers and partners, it’s important that you know how to network.

Scope of your work:

• You are primary point of contact for a customer and make recommendations for effective and cost-efficient workflows. As Trusted Advisor you create and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• You create, safeguard, and propagate new solutions and best practices.
• You take part in the pre-sales process, during which you build solid solution relationships with our customers.
• You are the go-to-person for questions about the ServiceNow platform as you know the platform inside and out, as well as the applications we deliver.
• Tailor our value proposition to client requirements based on in-depth research of specific business conditions and drivers.
• You actively monitor progress and report on milestones and budget to the customer and/or the manager at Plat4mation.

We ask

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• 1 – 3 years of experience with configuration, development, and implementation of a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) technology
• Experience with ServiceNow implementations is a plus
• Client & Server Scripting
• Experience with Python, Shell and PERL is a plus
• Web service expertise (REST, SOAP) as well as XML and JSON knowledge
• You bring an IT and Business mindset to connect both worlds
• Full Professional Proficiency in English and German
• You easily connect with others, are a good listener and result driven
• You are creative and analytical in your problem-solving
