Your tasks

• Responsible for operation and continuous improvement of the OpenText on premise and cloud based solutions with first focus on document & data
• Archiving with and without SAP R/3 & S/4Hana context: Delivering stable, efficient & compliant OpenText solutions for business critical applications, supporting complex technical implementations on time and in high quality
• Support building up and continuous improve the OpenText landscape
• Consolidate & automate operational procedures
• Consultancy of business and support of IT projects and support in managing external providers
• Collaborate with stakeholders as solution architects, cloud operations. security engineers, application developers

Your profile

• Several years of experience in the relevant field
• Master's degree or relevant work experience
• English skills at least on B2 level, other EU languages such as German would be an advantage
• Deep experience with OpenText products
• ITIL certification welcome
